L&S Catering is the creation of wife and husband team, Lauren&Sean Klingler. They first met in 2008 working for the “Iron Chef”, Morimoto in New York City. Sean worked the front of house and Lauren in the kitchen under Morimoto. Morimoto had asked Lauren to come work with him having just graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education.

In 2012, Lauren and Sean headed west and continued their careers in the booming city of Seattle, Washington. Lauren began at Art in the Four Seasons Hotel and Sean at Skillet.

In 2014 Lauren teamed up with the James Beard award winning chef Renee Erickson to cook at two of Renee’s restaurants, Boat Street Cafe and The Whale Wins.

In 2016, Lauren took on the role as Chef de Cuisine at Renees new restaurant Bar Melusine

In 2017, Renee and Lauren were asked to attend and cook at The James Beard House for an event featuring and honoring the top female chefs in the country.

In 2018, Lauren and Sean teamed up again to run Harry’s Fine Foods with Sean managing the restaurant and Lauren as the Executive Chef.

In May 2019, Lauren and Sean headed back east to fulfill their dream of having their own catering business.
